At DropStopperUSA, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in original condition

• Items should include original packaging when possible

• Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Used products

• Damaged products caused by misuse or improper installation

• Customized or modified products

• Products returned outside the return window

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

• 5–10 business days for refund processing depending on your financial institution

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

• The wrong item was sent

• The product arrived damaged

• The item is defective

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

• Shipping damage

• Defective product

• Incorrect order fulfillment

Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will work to provide a replacement or exchange when appropriate.
